Laura has worked with child protection agencies and in workplace mental health settings including with emergency responders, correctional facilities and education. Her experience in workers compensation and employment psychology is extensive and Laura has worked all around Australia providing services to employees, employers and insurers. Laura has been in senior management positions and worked in organisational psychology and leadership development. Laura also completed an MBA with a scholarship for Women in Leadership.
Laura has 15 years of experience treating adults as well as Children and Adolescents. Laura is passionate about treating intergenerational trauma and helping clients escape the lifelong impacts of this. Laura is also interested in perinatal mental health, family and couple dynamics, and the intersectionality of trauma and ADHD. Laura shapes her practice around models of neurological development, attachment and the role of culture.
