FAQs
-
We’ve received your referral and are carefully pairing you with the most suitable clinician for your needs. Once matched, we’ll confirm your initial appointment and send you a secure telehealth link.
-
You’ll meet your clinician online through a secure video link. Simply click the link at your scheduled appointment time- no downloads are required.
-
We will always confirm your funding before you begin, ensuring there are no surprises.
Insurer / Employer Funded – If your insurer or employer has referred you
We’ll bill them directly for your sessions. You won’t receive a bill. We confirm funding with your case manager before your first appointment.
Medicare (Mental Health Treatment Plan) – If you have a GP referral or Mental Health Treatment Plan
Medicare covers part of the cost of each session. You’ll pay the full fee on the day, and we’ll process your rebate back to you automatically. Sometimes sessions can be bulk billed — we’ll let you know if that applies to you.
Private (Self-Funded) – If you’re paying for your own sessions
Payment is required on the day. We’ll store your card details securely during intake and send you a receipt to use with your health fund if eligible.
NDIS (Plan- or Self-Managed) – If you’re an NDIS participant
We’ll bill according to your NDIS plan. We’ll confirm your plan manager or payment details before your first session.
You won't get any surprise charges. If funding isn't confirmed yet, we'll clearly explain your options before you start.
-
If you’re seeing us through Medicare, your GP or psychiatrist will usually prepare a Mental Health Treatment Plan. This lets you access rebates for up to 10 sessions each calendar year. You’ll need to bring your referral with you, and we’ll process the rebate for you after payment on the day.
-
Sessions usually last around 60 minutes. The number of sessions depends on your needs and what’s approved by your doctor, allied health provider, or insurer.
-
We’ll schedule your first appointment for you. After that, you’ll receive a secure link to book, reschedule, or cancel sessions online. You’ll also receive reminders before each session.
-
Most people find their first match works well. But if you’d like to see someone else, just let us know and we’ll support the change quickly and respectfully.
